Q: Where do you deliver to? 
A: We deliver to mainland; England, Wales and Scotland ('UK Mainland') addresses. We are not able to make international deliveries. Should your require delivery to a UK address which is not on the mainland please contact us on 01372 946315 and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements. All deliveries must be signed for by an employee.

Standard Delivery (Parcelforce)FREEMonday to Friday order before midday for delivery within five working days. Orders placed on Friday after midday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Orders delivered between 07:00-17:30 Monday to Friday.
Next Day Delivery (Parcelforcel)£9.95Monday to Thursday order before midday for delivery the following day. Orders placed on Thursday after midday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. Excludes Bank Holidays. Orders delivered between 07:00 – 17:30.

Q: What if I have not received my order? 
A: If your order is not received within 5 working days, please contact your Account Manager.

Q: Can I return the product delivered/ my delivery is incomplete/ my delivery does not match the order that I placed? 
A: If there is a problem with the order you have received please contact your Account Manager.Please note, however, we do not offer sale or return.

Q: What if my order is damaged? 
A: Please contact your Account Manager.

Q: What if there is a quality problem with the Tea Fusion Tea? 
A: Please contact your Account Manager.

Q: What if a Tea Fusion variant is not in stock? 
A: If a product is out of stock, then it is temporarily not visible in the shop.
